2. Scope and purposes
We process data from booking and contact forms: name, email, phone, licence number (bareboat), message content.
Legal basis: contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), and consent where required.
Payments are processed by Stripe — we share only data necessary for the transaction per Stripe's policy.
3. Recipients
Data may be shared with: Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Maileroo (transactional email), Google (booking calendar).
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
4. Retention
Booking and correspondence data are kept as long as needed to provide the service and as required by tax law (up to 5 years).
Marketing data — until consent is withdrawn or you object.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
